Whether or not this legend is true, it’s still a fun story to listen to. Just like bridal showers which have shifted its intention from being a dowry-raising festivity to giving the bride the time of her life before getting married.

It’s usually the role of the maid of honor and bridesmaids to come up with a theme for the bridal shower. But actually, anybody can throw this party for the bride and as many as they want.
