Kolkata Real Estate Witnessing Steady Growth
From north to the south and east to the west, Kolkata real estate market is booming like the best. The real estate scenario in India started flourishing from the late 1990’s with new cities like Gurgaon, Noida and Bangalore etc coming into the picture. In Kolkata the process started bit late but in last five years or so it is thriving like never before and today the best developers from various parts of this nation are showering high praises to the latest real estate developments taking place in and around the ‘city of joy’. Some days back I was talking to a friend of mine who had bought a flat in Noida around four years ago in a heavy price but that day he informed me that he has started planning to move to Kolkata. I guess this is a common case for many people these days as Kolkata flats are not only found in different places in and around the city but these properties are located in great locations along with all the amenities of social life.
Even two years ago a particular flat or property what used to be five lakhs has now turned into a massive ten to fifteen lakhs; that’s how the real estate market has grown ...
... in Kolkata and in upcoming years it is only expected to rise further. See the fact is that Kolkata, as one of the most-populated cities of this country for years, has over-grown in several parts and hence people have been looking out for other options for a long time. But at the moment with the changing time and real estate scenario, things have started happening and all of a sudden you see a new Kolkata emerging with each passing day.
North Kolkata has always been over-populated and in recent past we are seeing special preferences is given to places such as Lake Town, Jessore road, Kestopur, Kalindi or places like Sodepur, Barasat etc. Even new places have come up in various southern extension of the city. Places like Garia, Sonarpur etc are the latest hotshots and people are keeping no stones unturned to find their coveted property in these places. Apart from that, places like Rajarhat and Salt Lake which mainly came up as the techno hubs are now offering some of the best flats and properties.
Kolkata is getting larger and within one decade or so you will be amazed to see the result of this real estate revolution. Kolkata’s latest outskirts like; Garia, Topsia, Chinar Park or New Town are the new hot properties around Kolkata. Especially places like Rajarhat and New Town have emerged as the most favoured destinations for the big property developers and buyers. Readers will be astonished to know that flats in rajarhat, flats in garia and flats in tollygunj etc are in demand like never before. My dear readers; come to Kolkata now and you won’t regret this decision.
