The war between the two most leading mobile companies Apple and Samsung Electronics has not come to end yet. It has been more than two years when Apple had hit a lawsuit against South Korean company for illegally copying the designs and patterns of its most famous iPads and iPhones. Last week, the US court had unbound the Samsung Co. from the ban on its Galaxy Nexus mobile phones. This gave a partial relaxation to the South Korean firm as the firm still holds the decision for ban on products by the lower court of San Jose.

Order of constraint on the sales of Galaxy Nexus smartphones of Samsung was released by U.S. Federal Court of Appeals till July 12. Latter is the deadline for Apple Inc. to present its side of response missing which the court may decide in favour of its opponent. Although this is the latest decision made by the court but Samsung Co. barely seems to be influenced by this news. The firm appears to be pretty busy in introducing and moving uphill with new models of smartphones. Indeed, the company has declared its quarterly profit from its new models of iTabs and iPads as $5.9 billion on Friday.

Since 2010 Apple Inc. is constantly poking Samsung Co. for the same concern. To this the opponents stated that the Apple is taking the patent quite “belligerently” merely to win the competition in mobile market. Apple is also seeking to outdo the growth of Google’s Android System which is considered as world’s number one mobile operating system.

District Magistrate of San Jose Court, Lucy Koh clearly rejected Samsung’s appeal to revoke the ban placed on June 26 on sales of smartphones running Google Inc’s Android OS. Moreover, DM also hit a halt on the sales of Galaxy Nexus smartphones prior-to-trial in last week’s decision. Samsung touch-screen smartphones are taken as true rivalry to the iPads in this era but on the other side it is also taken as the second formula of Apple’s devices.
