7. Take some egg white in a teaspoon and then use your fingers to apply it under your eyes. Wait for fifteen minutes to let it dry. Later wash with warm water. 8. Spinach is a rich source of vitamin K and is very beneficial in treating this ailment. You can consume spinach on daily basis.
