Nangola District Realty Boom In Hyderabad Breeds Illegal Ventures

Nalgonda has become a realty hot spot suddenly because water crisis in this area has been solved to a great extent. Previously, the area used to receive water only once in 8 or 10 days, but now there’s water supply every 3 days.
Market analysts say that people from districts nearby like Hyderabad, Guntur, Krishna and Rangareddy are coming ahead to buy these real estate India plots due to a great employment potential too. Upper middle class folks and the business lot from Miryalaguda, Nalgonda, Chityal, Nakrekal, Neredcharla, Huzurnagar and Suryapet, went on a spree to purchase huge tracts of properties here for making quick bucks.
The Nalgonda RDO, Mr. Padmakar added saying that the people ought to be cautious about such illegal ventures and the officials can take a legal action against all such ventures.
