Summer Season – 6 Tips To Feel Well

Summer, this long awaited season finally comes with hot sun, heat, holiday, daydreaming...
To fully enjoy your summer, here are some tips to live a summer in great shape, physically and mentally!
1) For a summer shape: balance your food or take light diet
To feel good about your body (and in swimsuit), a small food rebalancing is required:
Rediscover the pleasure of cooking with commodity at the expense of industrial preparations.
Rediscover the taste of dairy products and fruit at the expense of biscuits, cakes and puddings industry.
If you have a few extra pounds, it's time to lose with a light regime:
Decrease the portions.
Diversify your diet.
Eat more fruits and vegetables.
2) All Summer: eat carrots, tomatoes and other orange & yellow fruits and vegetables
Double advantage, while eating these fruits and vegetables these, you do not eat anything else, such as fats and sweet. So, you do not gain weight or even lose easily!
Rich in beta carotene fruits and ...
... vegetables that display a yellow-orange color will help your skin to tanning and thus protect against the sun: pumpkin, peppers, apricots, tomatoes, carrots, etc. Put on the same menu several times a day!
3) You'll enjoy the sport all summer to be in top form
Through sport, we feel good in body and in the head. If you are not really sporty (Fri), jump on every opportunity you spend: Walking on the beach, strolls in the mountains, do move your legs in the pool and play ball games.
4) Summer is here, learn to remain calm
Summer is here, forget your family, financial and professional worries that could spoil this time of year as expected. Summer is a season for the relaxation, so let yourself go to dream, slow your pace and if necessary, practice relaxation, yoga, deep breathing, meditation, etc..
5) Drink plenty of water
As for tobacco, it tarnishes the skin, yellow the teeth, breath worsens and accelerates skin aging. Drinking plenty of water is deemed to detoxify the body and it is also effective against cellulite. However, easy on the alcohol, because in addition to fat (alcohol is calorie, including pasties and pink), alcohol tired the body.
6) It is summer, moisturize!
Drinking plenty of water will help hydrate your body including skin. But the summer, between bath and sea sunbathing, skin sees in all colors and that's not enough. You need all summer to moisturize your skin daily, ideally in the morning and night by applying a moisturizer from top to toe. As for your face and your neck is concerned, apply a day cream and a UV-repair treatment at night.
