Restaurant Sushi is a speciality restaurant known to serve freshly made sushi. Sushi is a Japanese dish that is made from fresh raw fish or meat, rice, and other ingredients. This dish is said to be low in fat content and high in carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, and vitamins. The sushi that is available in western markets tends to contain non-traditional ingredients, like cream cheese, avocado, and mayonnaise.
The sushi is made with various types of filling, such as fish, eggs, tofu, and shellfish. Hence, it is high in protein content. Vegetables are also used in the making of sushi.
