The states of Rajasthan and Kerala are both unique in their own way. One is situated in Northern India and the other in Southern India. Each has its own set of cultures, traditions and languages, and both have been blessed with natural beauty, architectural wonders and fascinating charm. You will enjoy a rich and vibrant experience if you visit either state. However,

Rajasthan – The Royal State

Rajasthan tours offer a variety of packages through this “royal state”, known as such because of the number of palaces, temples and monuments built by and for royalty. The palaces in Rajasthan have been home to many of the rulers of India. Today these same structures play their part in keeping the splendour and beauty of the state alive. The palaces and structures are one of the most important attractions of the state for Indians and foreigners alike. The stories and legends are fascinating and offer a lot of knowledge about India. Today, quite a few of these palaces have been converted into hotels and offer comforts for a different kind of royalty—the elite class. However, parts of these palaces are open to the ...
... general public as well.

Rajasthan tours offer you a chance to see various fairs and festivals. Rajasthani folk dance is very popular and a must see for tourists. The celebrations give you a very interesting and unique insight into one of the many fascinating faces of India. The state is also well known for its rich and colourful handicrafts. You can get beautiful carpets, durries and clothes, all of which are excellent souvenirs that won’t be found anywhere else.

Kerala – The Beauty Capital

Kerala tours take you on a very different, yet fascinating journey to the southern part of India. This state is known for its backwaters, beaches and breathtaking scenery. The state of Kerala is very popular among tourists for its romantic and mystical houseboat trips along the backwaters that will impress you with amazing scenery, and the perfect setting for a romantic getaway.

The beaches of Kerala offer tourists pristine waters, beautiful sand and a wonderful atmosphere. Enjoy the fantastic cuisine of the south at one of the many eating places on the beach, or spend a romantic candlelight evening at a quaint restaurant or on a houseboat. Kerala tours also offer you the chance to see diverse performing arts, quite different from anything you will experience in North India.

Rajasthan tours or Kerala tours, both offer contrasting experiences of India, which is what makes this country so fascinating. It all depends on what you are in the mood for, a beautiful evening in a palace garden or a romantic getaway on a beautiful houseboat.
