The resources which are being provided to us by nature are finite and we must not waste them. The natural resources such as water, oil, forests and energy are not available in large quantities and we must conserve them for our upcoming future generations. We must opt for the best option available to us that is regeneration or recycling of these resources. Every person on this earth is consuming the same amount of energy and everybody in one or the other way is deteriorating the environment by destructive use of these resources.

The major risk which our earth is facing today is due to the used and worn out old tires. The disposal of these tires is becoming the most drastic environmental issue because every year more than one billion tires are being dumped onto the landfill sites but these landfills are not the proper way out because the cross linkage of these tires takes very much time to degrade naturally. Leachates released from the tires contain heavy metals which can cause eye irritation, skin problems because the metals contain carcinogenic and piles of worn out tires can be a bad breeding ground for mosquitoes, pests and diseases. So, landfills cannot be the desirable approach because the tires cannot be used to manufacture new productive items. But if we recycle the old tires then we can use them for plenty of purposes and moreover recycling is the most environment friendly solution to get rid of these used tires. In the process of recycling the tires are reduced to powders and crumbs by burning the tires at high temperature and pressure and then incorporate them into new useful products.

The recycling process commences by shredding the worn out tires followed by resulting grinding and once the reinforcing fibers and steel are removed, the rubber powder is available for remanufacturing of rubber products. The powder which is created during the recycling process is of much better quality as compared to the virgin rubber. The Reclaim rubber treats different parts of tire separately during recycling process which uses much less energy and carbon emissions are also reduced. There are several benefits of using reclaimed rubber products as they do not put any bad impact on the environment and are very economical.

Human activities are deteriorating the environment by deforestation and depleting the natural resources in large amounts. The harmful gases which are released into the air by burning of rubber is causing air pollution and thus leading to the depletion of ozone layer and making our environment more prone to skin diseases. Global warming is also the result of air pollution which is caused due to the destructive human activities.
