On this wonderful day, Subrata Roy Sahara introduced another 58 project within financial year 2012 – 13 in different parts of India. Out of these 58 projects, 21 will be township projects and 37 will be a part of low cost housing segment. By the launch of these projects, Sahara India Pariwar will enter the budget housing segment under a new brand name. The residential unit of the Sahara affordable housing would cost around Rs. 5 -15 lacs, across 350+ cities of India.

The aim behind the launch of these projects is to provide a world's best lifestyle to the citizens of India. According to Subrata Roy Sahara, the increasing level of population and lack of adequate up gradation of support infrastructure has affected the lifestyle of people in India badly and by introducing this residential project, he aims to improve the standard. He assured that these 10 township projects along with the 8 ongoing projects and forthcoming 58 projects will be the jewels of quality lifestyle.
