Setting Capacity Per Week: (Calculated with the total capacity of 90,720 eggs)
Setting two racks (trolleys) per time, each time 15,120 eggs;
Twice per week, thus 30,240 eggs/week;
Or every three days, thus 35,280 eggs/week.

Control System: DC II Touch Control System
Cabinet Material: FRP with white polystyrene foam; imported FRP with BLUE FOAM
Inside Structure: Hot-dip-galvanized Racks(Trolleys), Other structures use Aluminum, Stainless Steel, or other kinds of anti-erosion material. Stainless Steel for Option.

Accessory Equipment:
XC-15 Hatcher: (At least one XC-15 Hatcher for one XF-90 Setter)
Air Compressor: Supply pneumatic power for egg turning inside the setter(Customer can prepare themselves or buy from us);
Water Supply Kit: Supply pressure clean water for Tunnel Style Setter(Customer can prepare themselves or buy from us);
Water Cooling System: Not included in the standard configuration. But it is advised for customers from hot area, in order to prevent high temperature alarm, especially for the Hatcher.
Water Heating System: Large hatcheries can consider installing this system if the local coal or petrol price is low. Coal burning or oil burning boiler will be needed.
