Also, keep the creativity to the maximum and style to the optimum in the first chapter, because when people buy a book, they tend to read the writing style of the author, which they read from the very first chapter. So when you give your best in the first chapter, obviously people are going to purchase your book.

Now, when you are done with the first chapter, read it thoroughly and see if there are any mistakes. Also if you want to change the plot of the story, this is the best time, as it would be a foolish act if you write as many as ten chapters and then tend to change them. Keep writing the story in the same tone, until you finally end it. Read the whole story at least once. If you think you have written a perfect story then it is good. It is advisable to share the plot of story to someone who is near to you and you believe he will not let the plot out.
