This is advised because the knowledge you will have acquired will help you to go about the fitness technique properly.
You have to learn that the latter is very familiar to the movements and routines found in the P90X2 workout. The only difference comes in with the level of intensity that is given by the two body sciences. The new body science is more intense over the P90X. For instance, push-ups that were done in the older program using three stable points of contact are now replaced with three unstable contact points. This is a major improvement that has come with the new development of the body science. This is also as a result of the increasing development of technology on a daily basis.
