This has led to wide spread unemployment in many countries. This structural change has cause a problem which can never be completely eradicated. Also, a complete dependency on internet, ecommerce and technology may result in a wide gap between owners of the business and customers. There will be a loss of personal contacts with the customers, which might give the customers as alienated feeling. These were the pros and cons of technology in business, but whatever it is, the world has adopted technology in every industry.
