I am a busy student and entrepreneur who need to support myself outside a major metropolitan area. One of my friends, who is studying abroad this coming year, suggested I get a call center job to make some extra money during the summer. After following some disappointing leads on Craig list and a few other sites, I had the good fortune of coming across CallCenterCrossing, which gave me reputable, call center job recommendations and search results. I knew that jobs were available in my area, but I required a portal through which to find them.

They update their list of call center jobs every week so it's easy to find a workplace nearby that hasn't been flooded with applications. I believe it is because they charge employers to advertise on their site, whereas CallCenterCrossing finds call center jobs online and lists them for employers free of charge, meaning the scale of available jobs is not limited by those willing to pay or employers who have contracted with CallCenterCrossing. Rather, the employee gets to see all relevant job listings that are available. At my last count, they had over 4,000 call center jobs listed, with almost 500 of these newly listed within just that week. I believe strongly in word-of-mouth referrals, and can tell you that CallCenterCrossing is much more efficient than trying your luck through Google searches, Craig list, newspaper classifieds, or the other call center career websites. I logged on and found a call center job that fit for me almost instantly, which eased my worries about supporting myself and gave me more time to prepare my resume and not feel like I was playing a game of job roulette.

I found CallCenterCrossing's operations to be very transparent and open - just by reading through their mission statement and privacy policy I felt reassured about their service, and could also learn more about them through their "About Us" page and "Press Room. Simply put, I like CallCenterCrossing because they provided me with an easy outlet to employers near me without the usual hassles and strings found in other job listing providers. I was able to access the jobs without them accessing me, so to speak, and I like that kind of freedom. It was free to use their well-targeted search results, which let me know there were opportunities in my area, and well worth the money to sign up and be able to contact the employers by me. CallCenterCrossing helped me in my search for a call center job at a low cost, and for that I am glad to recommend them!
