•  Raw Material
Our expert purchase department is committed to purchase the best quality of raw cotton. Before any purchase of raw material, purchase department take sample for the test like Micronior, Length & Moisture.

•  RCC Platform
After the satisfactory sample test we bring the raw cotton to our processing unit the store it on RCC Platform.

 Numetric System
We have installed numetric system in our processing unit for the quality check of the cotton.

•  Kodi Cleaner
After processed in numetric system the cotton moves to kodi cleaner. Here cleaner removes the waste from the cotton.

•  Blat Conveyor System
After cleaning process the cotton via blat conveyor system moves to double roller ginning machine.

•  Double roller ginning machine
In double roller machine the cotton processed.

Super cleaner
In this process all the waste and foreign particles removed second time from the cotton to provide the best quality & clean processed cotton to our buyers.

Then processed cotton comes to press machine to press in the bales.Ware house pressed bales then send to wear house for the storage.
