With time, early Pension release has become a popular tradition followed by countless people around. There are several questions which come to mind at the very idea of early pension. Would it be advisable to draw the entire pension amount at one go? The first answer is invariably no. Unless and until you are facing a serous financial crunch and need money to pull it through, withdrawing the pension amount can never be seen as a sane decision. All aspects considered, pension release, under normal circumstances, is a far-fetched idea.

Of course, it goes without saying that you can always opt for Early pension if there is some alternative income source available. For instance say, you work as a financial broker or as part of the share market, over and above the regular job. Here you are left with enough option to go for pension release before the age of retirement. It should be remembered that getting the pension amount released early does not always mean that the employee can enjoy it instantly. ...
... While there may not exist an age limit per se for initiating such processes, most organizations refuse to comply to the employee’s demands unless and until he is of age 55 and more. The early pension, moreover, does not mean the “entire” pension amount. Only a portion of the total sum is released. Hence, as you can see, the early release is never as easy said as done.

If you don’t have much savings or there is little or no financial backup, then the option early release may not be an extremely viable one to sign up for. If received as a loan and repaid before the time of retirement, then the employee may not have to face many issues. In a majority of the cases, the scenario remains fraught with complications. Most employees fail to repay their loan debts, resulting in considerable difficulties after retirement. These employees generally receive a minimal amount as pension.
