Nature is providing us ample of resources but many destructive habits of human are destroying the environment ruthlessly. Reclaimed rubber can be used for making carpets, mulch, flooring, roadways and it can also be used in household products like decorative items, baskets, floor tiles, door mats etc. The most acknowledged method to recycle rubber is heating the rubber at high temperature and pressure conditions. During the process of burning the polyester strings and steel is removed from the tires and then the tires are washed and the melted rubber is dusted.

The rubber mulches made from the worn out tires are used for various purposes such as playground surfacing which reduce the chances of falls and thus helps in preventing from injuries. Reclaimed rubber mulches are non- toxic, non-staining, non- abrasive and steel free. So they are totally safe for kids in the playgrounds. Recycled rubber mulches can also be used as arena footing. The horse arenas are usually built with strong flooring so that it can absorb the shocks and reduce damage to the horses. Rubber mulches also protect the horses from insect infection and provide them a better environment.
