Apple Inc. AAPL +1.51% has taken a legal action or filled a case against Samsung Electronics’ 005930.SE +5.15% latest handsets in United Sates. On the other hand the Korean electronics company stated on Thursday that the sales and the launch of the latest handsets of Samsung would proceed further according the plans made by the company. On Tuesday the U.S company filed a case in the District Court for the Northern District of California for discontinuing the sales of the most famous and renowned handset, Samsung Flagship Galaxy S3.
