Since customers are so vital to a business, the more you know about them the better you can give them what they need. They'll notice and appreciate the time you put into the CRM that you have available. Getting something that will grow along with your business is also very important. You wouldn't want to be stuck with inadequate CRM availability if you plan on expanding your business. It can cost a lot to change things over and have to buy something new.
