Crime is become a worst part of our society, if people breaks the law and order. Government has kept a system to punish those people.

Trouble never comes after informing you, sometimes people gets caught by police cause they becomes suspect of a crime. They might be innocent, may be they have been trapped by their enemies or the reason may be something else.

It is not really easy to get out of this problem if once you or your friend is in jail due to any reason. If someone gets arrested, normally he or she will be taken to area's law enforcement station for processing and booking. There it can take time, but in smaller jails it happens quickly.

After that when a the person will be booked he/she may be released without filing any charges, or he/she might be released on his/her own recognizance. On the defendants appeal in some cases bail and arraignment also can be set by the jail or court.

What ...
... is Bail?

This is a way when a person could get himself out of jail briefly through to the duration of his hearing, when he has to come in court whenever court calls him. The court's hearing procedure can take many days or sometime months to solve a case. Until a person is not declared a criminal he can stay out of jail that is called Bail.

Bail is an assurance that the person will come to court for trial. If he has got bail he can remain “free” till the time he do not break any other laws or do any infractions that are imposed by the court as part of his/her bond.

Bail is a process by which a person who is in police custody will released, on guaranty of a Bail bonds man, the suspect also have to pay a fixed amount of money which is fixed by court for bail. If the offender doesn’t have the full amount of bond money, he/she can take help of a bail bonds company. And the company will get a fixed percentage of the bail bond money. And the bail bonds company guarantees to the court the full amount of the bond.
