So you want to lose a few pounds and you have been told that not eating for a few days can help you achieve this and it is true you will lose weight but this is not the way to lose or control weight as any doctor will attest too. These people may even convince themselves that it is a healthy way to lose weight but this could not be further from the truth because if we are deficient in certain nutrients we receive from food then we become prone to sickness and disease.
If you want to lose weight healthily then you will need to follow a nutritional diet plan that provides the body with everything it requires but without too many calories. It is also important to have a good night sleep in addition to daily activities that ensure additional calories from the fat deposits most of us have, are burned off.
