Business of real-estate has a specific place. So many duties are required for the business. Not only is an agent enough for the buying or selling of the real estate. A good manager is that who manages the property in such a way that he can obtain it at its highest use as he gets his salary by it or by the contract he has with the partied.

He must have security deposits according to the legal supplies. He must have ability and communication skill to deal with the people of all kind .he must have announcing skill as without it he will not be able in convincing the client about the property, he is showing to him. He must understand all the cultures and demand of the people of different culture. It is also the duty of the managed that he must be coherent his cases in front of judges and he must consult with vendors and then he may talk to the possessor. So it is a brief note of the duties of a manager.
