India is a country with with great history and unique culture that is a blend of many religions and cultures. It is one of the most attractive destinations to tourists in Asia. India offers everything that a traveller could think of, from from huge booming cities to sprawling rural communities, beautiful palm fringed beaches and snow capped mountain peaks. Bounded by the Himalayan ranges in the north, and surrounded by water on three sides, the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal, and the Indian Ocean, with a long history and diverse culture, India offers a wide array of places to see and things to do.

Taj Mahal: Taj Mahal is India’s best known site and also one of the world’s greatest architectural events. It was built by emperor Shah Jahan in the honor of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal, from whom the monument receives its nam, Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal serves as Mumtaz Mahal’s tomb.
