It offers 100% coverage for in-network preventive care that are not subject to the deductible, as well as nationwide coverage with the freedom to choose providers. It features conventional in network plan coverage of 90% and 70% out of network after the deductible has been met.

UnitedHealthOne offers a simple-to-use HDHP with low premiums. Plan options include Saver 80 with comprehensive inpatient and outpatient expenses, Plan 80 in which the member pays a greater share of the coinsurance, and Plan 100 with a calendar-year deductible with no copays or coinsurance.
