Commerce via blogs is a matter that about 50% of all blog owners are well aware of. Their are many ways to make money via your blog.



Many blog owners like to try different ways to make money from their blogs. Mainly so they do not have to hope for one form of commerce to bring them success.

Advertising programs



One basic form of commerce for a blogger are simple advertising programs. One being the most used is Google Adsense. Adsense is used by many because it pays possibly the most compared to other programs of the type.

Another basic advertising method is Text-Link-Ads.com. They have become more widely used by blogs. Their are also programs such as chickita, or content link that provide inline ads. Their are way more but I just name a few.



Affiliate Programs



These programs pay very well. They pay you per every sale that you help to make. Let us say that you are going to try to sell a computer that costs $1000.oo. You manage ...
... to help sell 8. You could get paid 35% per every commission. Now how much money did you just make? Do the math and it turns out to be a nice amount. Some large and affiliate programs are Amazon, Clickback, and Linkshare.



Get Sponsored



In many situations you can get people that can sponsor your blog for a link to their own website. This is common practice but might lead to a smooth 100$ a month from a few sponsorship links for smaller blogs. Though if you manage to make your blog huge and you will be able to sell your sponsor link space for much more.



Sell Experience



This is kind of like tutoring. You have a huge blog with a high readership. You know people want their blog to be just like yours. You can sell your expertise to people that are willing to pay for the knowledge.



Donations



Donations are usually a very small thing that is just on the blog. Little Donate To Us buttons with donations via paypal. They are very common. Usually won’t make much money but in one case I know of, a man decided to make a type of pep rally with his readers and found he would make enough money with donations on his blog that he quit his job.
