This powerful mind reading magic trick has been performed by some of the worlds top mentalist performers, yet it is amazingly easy to do!
Best of all, the magic trick requires very little practice and just an ordinary deck of playing cards.

If you decide to perform this card trick, all that I ask is that you NEVER reveal the method to anybody, no matter how persistent they may be (and they WILL persist!)

Here's the effect:
You ask the spectator to open a deck of cards and shuffle the cards as many times as they like. They then hand you the cards which you put back into the box and place the deck on a table.
You ask the spectator to hold their hand over the deck as you begin to write a prediction on a piece of paper. You fold the paper up and place it on the table.

You then ask the spectator to remove the playing cards from the box and count them out into three piles on the table. When they are done, you ask them to turn over the top card of each pile.
Then, you ask them to unfold your prediction. The three predicted numbers match the values of the cards exactly!

The Method
Start off by placing three cards into the card box, which you have memorised the values of. Just the number, you don't need to remember each of the suites. Such as 4, 6 and 9.
Close the box and place it on the table. You are ready to begin!
Hand the pile of cards to the spectator, which they shuffle as many times as they like. When you place the cards back into the box, keep the opening facing you and place all of the cards above the three prediction cards. The rest of the card trick is just presentation!
Ask them to hold the box of cards as you write your prediction. Make a big deal of your prediction, pretending that the numbers are appearing to you as visions.
Ask them to remove the cards from the box and count them out into three piles. When they do this, the three prediction cards will end up on each of the tops of the piles.
When they turn over the top cards, ask them to open up the prediction. Do not underestimate the power of this magic trick. Seriously. As simple as it is to do, they have just witnessed a miracle in their eyes.
NEVER tell them how it's done. It will disappoint them and ruin the miracle and your status as an master magician.
