Jobs in public sector organisations have become highly demanded. Be it for the post of engineering or such gazetted posts or for the group B and C clerical cadre, employment opportunities of all kinds are being sought by people. Not only are these jobs in the government organisations lucrative, but also the respect that such employments provide is also contributory. People are not leaving any chance to get into such sectors as the railways, banks, health, etc. because they are sure that once they join these posts, then there would be no looking back.

To aid in the fulfilment of such aspirations, some recruitment processes like those of BARC, BHEL and IBPS are contributing a lot. IBPS or Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is an organisation that is responsible for recruitment of personnel in the banking jobs, for the posts of probationary officers, clerks and specialist officers. Also the IBPS recruitment is being done for the management trainees.

To enter into the banks, people need to appear in a common written exam that is conducted for each of the cadre separately in a year and then they can apply for ...
... the respective banks as and when their vacancies are advertised. By this method, people are able to secure jobs in 19 participating banks as clerks and probationary officers throughout the country.

For the students passing diploma or degree in engineering, the organisations like Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited or BHEL or Bhaba Atomic Research Centre or BARC are the best public sector enterprises to get jobs. Since these are mostly based on technical profiles, the BARC and BHEL recruitment is being done for the engineers at position like trainee engineers and supervisors.

Depending on the cadre in which the selections are going on and the pay scales, these engineering posts are filled by people with different educational and eligibility criteria. BARC recruitment is also for the scientists and mostly for the engineers. These are public sector organisations, and also the top ones in the country. So, being a part of these respectable industries and earning reasonably good salaries is gradually becoming the primary reason for such attractions.

As and when the vacancies are coming up, people need to apply for the posts. BHEL is another organisation of the country, which also recruits candidates after a test of its own. BHEL recruitment is done from the large talent pool that is eager to contribute to the development of the organisation. Public sector organisations are considered to be the best employees because it allows people a steady growth in their careers, along with experience.

With dedicated work and experience, people can go on to become managers and directors in these industries, which are highly paid and also quite well respected. These jobs, mostly in the industries and banks, are being sought by the youth of the country, who have studied hard to make themselves qualified for the posts. Better pay scales and other perks that come along with the recruitments have interested people to keep a watch for the job vacancies.
