The arrival of online fashion stores has changed the whole idea of a shopping trip. Now one can easily sit at home and order up a whole new wardrobe in just a few clicks. You have to have your credit or debit card in hand as most payments are done via credit or debit cards. There are some sites that offer the option of cash on delivery. The sites like fashionandyou also offer membership to the customers. This can help them to avail even more offers and special discounts. The sites offer an attractive selection of products from the best national and international brands. They offer a wide range of men's wear, women's wear; children's wear and even home accessories at a very attractive price. With such a wide range of products one would expect the fashionandyou complaint list to be very short, but sadly this is not the case.

The site could become a success if they take care to stock only high quality products and also ensure that the products are delivered safely and on time. Such simple measures could make a lot of difference to the image of the firm. The customers will be happier and the popularity of the site could increase. The customer care services should also be improved by providing the employees with proper training and guidance.
