The need to lose fat and trim around the belly region could be the dream for many, but many have faced obstacles to lose belly fat. However those that have succeeded would emphasize that this goal requires a well rounded approach requiring not only focusing on a healthy weight loss diet, but also on a good workout routine aimed at losing belly fat and looking healthy and attractive.

Holding this position each time for a few seconds before returning back to normal flat position helps lose fat from belly.

Yoga and Pilates have helped many not only to strengthen body's core muscles, but also to improve balance, stability and flexibility. Introducing a variety of exercises to lose belly fat could help you keep motivated to achieve your goal of losing belly fat.
