When I Was Looking For Apartments In New York City For Rent, I Realized That I Was Close To Happines

I used to live far away from New York, and I thought I would never live in that city, but you know, thoughts change and people change their minds. I've always been a person who stays in  line, between being good and being bad, between being wild or being an angel. I wasn't happy, I knew that something was missing.  I never was dependent, I never wanted kids, I had the perfect job, but, what was I missing?. I started thinking about things that I've always wanted but never had. I made a list and  on that list I had some silly things , "red shoes", "a tiny dog", and than I wrote "an apartment in NY". OK, I thought, red shoes and a tiny dog isn't so hard to get. I can have it whenever I want, and very easily, but I thought that finding an apartment in New York City for rent would be amazing, a challenge and a new beginning.  I was very excited about that idea. I could imagine my new bedroom, with a lot of windows and a personal bathroom, with my future tiny dog on the bed and a smile on my face. ... living in my apartment in New York City for 3 years now, and I have never been so happy. I have found what I was missing, and yes I did get my red shoes, and my tiny dog too.
