Jaipur is a picturesque holiday destination widely renowned for its royal connect and the various monuments and architectures standing witness to it. The city also has an interesting story behind its famous epithet the ‘pink city’; the city was so colored to resemble the red sandstone architecture of the Mughals so as to welcome the royal guest, Prince of Wales.
