Be careful while packing certain items- We all pack shampoos, skin creams, perfumes and other oils in our suitcase. As flight journeys can pop off the bottles, make sure you packed such items in a tight, zip locked container.

Important documents that you can’t miss- Make sure you carry e-ticket or airline ticket confirmation, passport or driving license, credit card and travelers check along with you. If you booked the hotel stay in advance, don’t forget to carry the hotel reservation ticket along with you. These important documents should not be packed along with your luggage. Try to keep it in a hidden pocket or security pouch. This helps to save your documents, even if your luggage gets lost in the crowded area.

Check for the weather condition – If it is too hot, carry light clothes along with you. You should carry a rain coat or a thick fur coat, if it is cold. Checking online weather reports can help you to know the weather conditions.

Give proper security to your home - This is the last step you have to follow before leaving the home. Make sure your home is having a proper security system.
