If a graphic artist or animator is missing, then the game can revolve around monochromatic color schemes to appear artistic without being beyond the scope of what the team members are able to do.

Lastly, the team should draw up contracts once things get off the ground to make sure nothing goes crazy during the process. Usually for private projects, people will come in and drop out as things in their lives change. Also, there will be expenses involved that must be paid for.
