Every morning, it is a colossal task for us to wake up. Wouldn’t you agree? And by wake up, we mean wake up completely, or at least enough to actually fathom what others are saying to us and to get to work. We yawn, scratch our head and try our best not to fall asleep again. Every single night we make a resolution of working out or at least take a walk in the morning. But when the morning actually dawns, we never seem to find the required energy. Millions of people all around the world face the same problem and that is why they turn to coffee. Once you get habituated to a cup of coffee every morning, you slowly start getting drawn to it more and more. Gradually, a cuppa coffee becomes an absolute necessity for you and you just cannot get your mind and body to work, until you have some caffeine in your system.

We all know that for years, nutritionists and doctors have emphasized the fact that consumption of too much coffee can be unhealthy. It causes various physical and mental problems like cardiovascular diseases, insomnia, paranoia, etc. Yet we just cannot let go of the addiction. Why? Because the stuff tastes incredibly ...
... good! Now, as the doctors can hardly do anything about the world’s addiction to coffee, they are constantly on the search to make coffee healthy. And it is this search that has brought them to the herb Ganoderma Lucidum, otherwise known as the ‘miracle herb’.

Ganoderma is a kind of red mushroom that grows in the deep woods of the eastern Asian countries. Even though, it has entered the good books of Western Medicine only recently, it has been hailed as the ‘herb of vitality and immortality’ for centuries in the countries of the Orient. In China and Japan, the emperors used to drink the extracts of this herb along with their tea in order to gain better health and longer life. In the modern times, while trying to increase the minimal benefits of coffee, the researchers found that when mixed with Ganoderma, coffee can almost work as a healing medicine for avid coffee drinkers.

When discussing about the benefits of coffee, it has to be mentioned that Ganoderma truly makes coffee healthy. It is a completely natural product and the caffeine content in this coffee is very low in comparison to the fully caffeinated and decaffeinated varieties. As far as the taste is concerned Ganoderma coffee is equally delicious as its caffeinated counterpart. Besides being mouth-wateringly tasty, Gano coffee also has a high content of anti-oxidants which is immensely essential for cell rejuvenations. Consumption of this coffee helps in the quick detoxification of the body and thus strengthens the immunity system considerably. A regular drinker of this coffee is not only less likely to succumb to simple cough and cold but also serious ailments like cardiovascular diseases and cancer. After all, there has to be a reason, why it is called the ‘healthier coffee’, right?
