Enjoy Your Thai Recipes At Home
There are most of recipes like Italian, Chinese and Mexican but Thai recipes are world famous recipes. The reason is that Thai recipes offer different taste that make it unique. There are lots of Thai recipes like Thai curry recipes, Thai fishcakes, pad Thai recipe, San choy bow recipe. Here are some Thai recipes that you can cook at home and taste them.
Pad Thai Recipe – To cook pad Thai recipe for two person required ingredients are salt, 4 eggs, 3 cups beans sprouts, pad Thai noodles, pad Thai sauce, 3tbsp peanut oil, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp red pepper flakes, 2 tbsp chopped carrots, 1 cup green onion cut into pieces, 3 cup chopped peanuts. While start making pad Thai dish firstly boil the noodles and bean sprouts in different pan for about 3-5 minutes.
When they completely boiled, drain properly and rinse under cold water. Take a bowl and beat egg properly also add a pinch of salt in it. San Choy Bow Recipe – To cook San choy bow recipe major ingredient is San choy bow sauce. It can prepare it at home or purchase from a grocery shop. Other necessary ingredients required to cook San choy bow recipe are dried mushrooms, oil for cooking, chopped silver almonds, water chestnuts , one fine chopped carrot and spring onions, lean pork mince, chopped coriander roots, grated ginger, few lettuce leaves and hoisin sauce.
Firstly soak the mushroom in the hot water for about 10-15 minute or so on until they become soften. After that remove their hard stems and chopped properly. Put them aside. Now take a frying pan, add one tbsp oil in it and heat it. Now add silver almonds, water chestnuts, chopped carrot and spring onion and fry for about one minute or more. Take another frying pan and heat one tbsp oil or add pork mince, coriander roots, ginger and mushroom in it. Heat on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes or more until pork changes color.
