It is really up to individual preferences on how to cook these. There are innumerable ways to include these in our daily diet like having them as office snacks, desserts, main meal etc and the one method that is by far the healthiest one is to have them raw and fresh. The same methods may not suit all but there must be some sort of effort to incorporate healthy lifestyle. No use putting up lame excuses like the price of fruits and vegetables which are just ways to procrastinate incorporating life changing habits as many of us want to get the benefits without putting in the efforts. People will spend huge sums on diet pills and other weight reducing products rather than on some simple things like fruits and vegetables. The new lifestyle which you will gain as a result of indulging in these healthy activities will no doubt keep you in a balanced state where you are able to lose that stubborn fat easily to achieve your ideal body weight.
