Hold your head level and still, look far to the right without straining then look as far to the left as you can without straining. Do this movement 10 times being sure that that you see the objects that you are looking at when you're for the extreme ends of the many movement.

Practice these techniques for a few minutes at varying times. It doesn't necessarily take very long to do all of them however the effects of improved vision might be huge.
