Talking to someone will help you feel better. No keep everything in your heart. Let it out. Find a friend who is willing to listen to you without any judgment. Find a friend who is willing to listen without offering any solution. You main goal now is to let all the sorrow out, not to find a solution. The solution will come later.
After one month, you will likely feel much better and you should then be ready to get your ex back.
