Dog crates serves as their safe “den” for your pet when you are busy working or doing other important things that take you out of your house and leave your dog. Most pet owners mistakenly used dog crates as a punishment and not for training. In fact, punishing them inside the crate might lead to depression, separation anxiety, traumatize and more.

Dog crate has to be your pet’s safe home. According to a study, abusing a dog crate can have a psychological effect to a dog, so don’t ever think of giving them punishment. Dog crates are made to give your dog a place to rest and have time to relax after a very exhausting day. ...

Generally, dog crates are made from different materials such as plastic, soft fabric, wood and wire mesh. Whereas the wooden dog crates are exclusively designed to fit in the interior of your house as addition to your furniture, some are used as center table or any table-like household property.

There are also dog crates that are made to suit each style of a certain dog owner and those that are made of soft fabric. Normally these dog crates cannot be used for dogs that are not properly trained because they have the tendency to nibble the fabric or scratch.
