Now thanks to brain plasticity, one of the results of an improved mental health is exhibited by the brain’s ability to accommodate new skills; this is responsible for faster learning and acquiring new skill. Ability to learn a new language or a new skill such as playing an instrument is as a result of improved brain plastic.

Neurologists describe brain plasticity as the ability of the brain to change even its physical structure to accommodate new situations which might require enhanced mental activity. This is especially very important since it activates brain cell regeneration thereby increasing the brain’s ability to accommodate more in terms of skill, new memory.

Brain fitness is all about being able to maintain a straight thought processes even when faced with stressful situation. After successful brain training one should may not necessarily navigate through life easily when under stress but rather be able to maintain a sober state of mind throughout any situation and make rational decisions.
