High fats diet definitely triggers loss of hair. For this reason, you must improve your diet by doing away with high fats diet and incorporating a better and healthy diet. Add plenty of fruits and vegetables into your diet, with sufficient amount of water as well. Stay away from junk food or drinks high on sugar. The healthier your eat, better will be the quality of your hair.
3. Stop Smoking: Yes, it has been proved by the scientists that people who smoke on regular basis tends to lose hair more quickly than the non-smokers. The reason behind is that smoking creates lump in blood vessels and arteries, which in turn prevents the proper flow of blood to your scalp. And, when your scalp does not receive blood in proper amount, it ultimately damages your hair follicle. So, when your scalp gets damaged, it results to hair loss and baldness.
4. Hairdryer and Soap: Yes, the hot blow of air on your scalp can be dangerous when held too closely to your head. Similarly, using soap based shampoo can also damage your scalp.
