Asana which is a Sanskrit word means sitting steady and there are two aspects of Asana that are most important – the place where one is sitting and the manner in which he or she is sitting. Everything - place of yoga, time of yoga, your physical condition your mental state everything should be perfect to get the best result. Ideally you should practice yoga early in the morning when the mind calm, environment is soothing. It will help you to practice yoga with absolute concentration.
