I was delighted to get a promotion at work, and as part of my new duties I was put in charge of hiring a company to provide continuous emissions monitoring. I have been working at a paper company in the corporate offices for the past thirteen years, but I had never actually been down to the manufacturing plant. I had been wishing for this promotion for several months and getting it meant that I would be in charge of overseeing operations at the plant.

And, like I said, I was suddenly given a very important task to fulfill because our current system of monitoring emissions was not working out for us. I had no clue of the large amount of emissions created by paper manufacturing, and it is very important to me to be aware of what effect we are having on the environment.

And now in my new job, I had to find the right way to monitor these emissions to detect very specific particles and materials. I started looking online and I found several different companies that offered emissions monitoring services, but none of them seemed to have experience with expressly monitoring paper manufacturing which was important to me. I took a much longer time winnowing down the different candidates until I finally found one that I liked and gave them a call.

I was impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the company, as they seemed to know a lot about the paper industry and knew just what we would need for our continuous emissions monitoring. They explained to me about some of the tools that they regularly use, such as the infrared gas analyzer which sounded like a great tool. Following this initial conversation, I was sold and told them to get to work right away, which they did. It was absolutely a good thing I did, as the new company detected some trace emissions that had gone undetected before and my bosses were so delighted with the work I had done. Everything was coming up roses for me, and I was loving the recognition I was getting at work, and it was all because of the great company I found.
