I've always thought that it was a smart idea to know where to find trailers for sale online. It turns out that this knowledge is actually very handy since a lot of my friends have come to me when they were wanting to buy a trailer to ask where to find one on short notice.

A while back, my brother Henry bought a few acres in Texas and decided to build a small cabin on it. He is fairly good at working with his hands and had some good experience with building, so he decided to build it himself, and just needed a cargo trailer to bring his tools and supplies out to the site. At that time I was using a large cargo trailer for work as a contractor, and my brother saw it and thought he would like a similar one. And then there was the time that I ran into an old chum of mine from college who was in the midst of buying some new snowmobiles. He was having an animated conversation with one of the salespeople about different techniques for getting the snowmobiles to the snow. The dealer suggested getting a pickup, but my friend did not want to give up his beloved SUV because he had a lot of kids to carry around. I interjected myself into the discussion with the knowledge that several snowmobile owners used cargo trailers to haul them.

The dealer shrugged and turned away to end the paperwork while I explained everything about where to find trailers for sale. My buddy thought about what I was telling him and after a few minutes, stated that he would do exactly as I had suggested. It was only a few days later before I got a phone call from my friend wherein he informed me how pleased he was with his new trailer and how much he would appreciate my family and I visiting him and using his new snowmobiles. I get a kick out of giving decent advice to friends, because they are always so pleased with the results!
