The technicians update the computers with Antivirus and anti-spyware. They try to show the customer that the problem is fixed and get paid for their work. Before leaving they also ask if anything else is required to make sure that the customer is satisfied.

Technicians do remember to impress their customer. It is for the reason that the customer would refer them to their friends and relations for their good service. They provide the customers with business cards that make it easy for referring. A good computer technician has a very good knowledge about computers that they keep updating with the advancement in technology. He gains experience solving problems of various kinds over years. He starts his career with a formal computer training where he obtains a certificate. The best qualities of these technicians are their patience and positive attitude.
