The feedback could be about anything about the organisation, from its marketing efforts to its HR to its work environment to much more. This way the employees will feel more accountable towards the organisation, at large, and thus be more engaged. However, it is essential that each and every feedback, collected, is properly delved into and attended to. Non action on the feedback might backfire and instead lead to dejection, among the employees.
