When the time came for me to move across the country, I needed a good way to get my beloved motorcycle to my new home along with all my belongings in a way that wouldn't harm it, which meant I needed to look at motorcycle trailers. I had gotten a new job in Portland, which was a thousand miles from where I had been living. I had considered sending a moving van with all of my stuff and hiring an auto transport service to take my car so I could drive my bike by myself, but a friend who had had a bad experience with an auto transport company convinced me it was a bad idea.

While I was trying to decide what I should do, my friend told me about motorcycle trailers, and I thought it might be the answer I was searching for. I guessed I could find some good deals online and I was correct, as I quickly found a delightful website that had exactly what I required. There were quite a few dealerships in my city, and I was impressed by their prices. They also had flatbed trailers, which is something that I had also considered buying for my move as I could put by bike and some of my other stuff on it.

There was a video ...
... on the website that helped explain the benefits of these trailers showing the differences in the different models and brands, and the video really helped me to make an informed decision as to which one would be best for me. They were well built with great workmanship, and it was roomy enough that I could get my bike in without too much effort. I was so impressed with them that I made a choice right there to get one.

Before I knew it, it was time to load up and go. My best friend volunteered to drive the moving truck out there for me. As for me, I hooked my new trailer up to my SUV and packed up my bike. It fit like a glove and I had some room to fit some more boxes and packages. Quickly enough, we were prepared to hit the road.

The trip went very smoothly, but we did run into a big thunderstorm in the Midwest that even had some hail. I was scared that I would be blown over, or that some of the hail would puncture the shell of my trailer and damage my bike, but my worries were groundless and we made it to my new home safely. The trailer was such a wonderful piece of equipment, and I was delighted with it.
