Divide this measurement by the total number of planned risers to get the approximate value. All the riser sections should be pre-cut before installation.
• Secure each riser: Each riser should be secured well with the help of trim-head screws. A glass staircase cannot take the stress created from risers. This can later induce cracks around the point where risers and the stringers meet.
• Staircase treads installation: Always start from the bottom of the staircase and proceed upwards. Ensure accurate positioning. Drill the holes beforehand, put treads on the risers and tightly trims the screws. After screwing the treads, use a level to check that each tread surface is even.
