Delhi is the capital of India. It is also its cultural and political center. It is called Dilli by the locals. The official name is National capital territory of Delhi and is the largest metropolis in terms of area and the second largest metropolis in terms of population. The Qutub festival is where dancers and musicians from all over India gather and show case their talents and the Qutub Minar is the chosen backdrop of the event. The auto expo Asia's largest auto show and the world book fair the second largest exhibition of books in the world are conducted in Delhi.
